Ureteral distension secondary to torsion due to renal ptosis. Both ureters are severely dilated and flexuous. The left kidney exhibits a very irregular surface and pale colouration suggesting cystic cavity formation as a consequence of hydronephrosis. Lesions are less obvious in the right kidney.
