Obliterating bronchiolitis in a horse. Note the exceptional distension of the lung caused by alveolar emphysema, particularly marked on the edges and on the cranial extremity of the lung. Below, to the right, the mucosa of the main bronchi was covered with a very thick and adherent mucopurulent material.
