Squamous cell carcinoma

Squamous cell carcinoma in the nasal cavity of a Poodle. A sagital cut of the nasal region (right half bent to display the cut surface) revealed how far the tumour had already infiltrated the surrounding tissue, destroying the nasal bone and invading the hard palate. Only a single tooth, completely covered with tartar, remained in its place.
