Chronic fibrous peritonitis associated with internal organ atrophy. Note the liver atrophy with the lobes transformed into round masses with round edges. The image on the right shows a cylindrical, markedly atrophied spleen (B) (surrounded by the dotted line), exhibiting capsular thickening. The pancreas (P) is deformed by small nodules, suggesting chronic pancreatitis.
