Cutaneous metastases of mammary carcinoma

Cutaneous metastases of a mammary carcinoma in a mixed breed bitch. The skin of the rump, photographed during necropsy, shows several lesions, raised and plaque-like, varying in dimension and converging at times, occasionally ulcerated. The mammary tumour was disseminated through various other organs and a metastatic nodule was similarly observed in the right axillary lymph node.
