Bilateral buphtalmos in a 6-month-old, female Domestic European cat. The right eye (to the left in the image) exhibits a perforating ulcer, while the left eye exhibits keratitis. These lesions are most likely secondary to a congenital bilateral glaucoma and result in irreversible bilateral loss of vision.
