Bilateral nodular granulomatous episcleritis in a 1-year-old mixed-breed dog. Here, the right eye exhibits perilesional corneal oedema, a firm elevated episclera, and congestion of the conjunctival and episcleral blood vessels. Diagnosis was obtained through biopsy and histopathological analysis.
