Severe arthrosis with complete flattening of the acetabular cavity, loss of the articular surface and absence of the left femoral head (surgically removed). On the right, severe fibrous arthritis with atrophy of the femoral articular cartilage and marked deformation of the borders of the acetabular cavity.
