Marked hepatic hypertrophy in a case of avian leukosis. Additionally to enlargement, multiple yellowish nodular lesions, corresponding to infiltration by lymphoid cells, can be seen. On the right-side image, the liver has been displaced, making it possible to see an hypertrophied spleen also exhibiting several pale nodular lesions (arrow).
