Paraprostatic cysts

Paraprostatic cysts in a 10-year-old Boxer. On opening the abdominal cavity, two paraprostatic masses were detected, 4 and 7cm in diameter, lined with mesentery and appearing haemorrhagic when cut. Paraprostatic cysts don’t always trigger symptoms and may constitute incidental findings on clinical or necropsic examination.
