Prostatic adenocarcinoma

Prostatic adenocarcinoma which is markedly hypertrophied due to the development of a large cyst, to the left, 6 cm in diameter (emptied in the image) and containing clear fluid. Conversely, the solid part of the organ was reduced, exhibiting a greyish cut surface and small cysts that have formed within its structure.
