Hepatic macrovacuolar steatosis

Generalized hepatic macrovacuolar steatosis in a 2-year-old Guinea Pig. All regions of all lobules are affected. Note that the cytoplasm of the hepatocytes is filled with a single large vacuole, which dislodges the nucleus to the periphery of the cell.
