Mass adhering to the hepatic capsule in a castrated 20-year-old Domestic European cat. This greenish-coloured mass, connected to the right medial lobe of the liver through a fine pedicle, constituted a necropsy surprise. On cutting, the mass had an homogenous texture and friable consistency, enveloped in a fine external fibrous capsule. The changes resulting from autolysis did not allow for a definitive diagnosis.
