Gall bladder leiomyomas in a 14-year-old Cocker. Note the presence of several firm nodules on the gall bladder wall, located near the lower edge of the image, in central position. Additionally, the pancreas appears multinodular, due to chronic pancreatitis, and the spleen exhibits a haematoma protruding from the splenic surface.
