Intestinal fibrous stenosis in an Arab horse. The lesion is a result of a prior surgery performed to extract an enterolith. The resulting fibrous scar lead to constriction of the intestinal wall in addition to haemorrhagic necrosis of the cranial intestinal sectors, violent colic and, ultimately, death.
